Jan. 2012 Twenty copies of Our Boys: A Perfect Season on the Plains with the Smith Center Redmen have been distributed to staff and students to read and pass on.  Click here to read more about the program and readers' comments.

Dec. 2011 The library now has a Kindle and a Nook for check out. In addition to several classic pieces of literature, the books available on these reading devices are: Inheritance, The Hunger Games, Mocking Jay, Catching Fire, I Am Number Four:  The Lost Files: Six's Legacy, Storm Breaker, and Quite a Ride:  An Alex Rider Story

Battle of the Books 2012

The Book Club


 

The Book Club will discuss Jurassic Park  by Michael Crichton on May 15, 2012 beginning at 7:00 a.m. in the library. Stop at the circulation desk to check out a copy. 

The Book Club will also meet on May 22 from 2:40 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. for an end of the year celebration.
